Best Moisturizer

Because I have very sensitive skin, it's hard to find a great moisturizer that isn't too harsh. Most moisturizers carry chemicals that react badly when applied to my face. My skin gets irritated and red and itchy, sometimes peeling as well (alarming, that). I mostly gave up on sampling new lotions because of that very reaction. However when I heard that Chanel was coming out with a lotion that was literally composed of 10 ingredients, I was intrigued. And had to try it! Here's the official tagline about this product from the brand's website:

It sounds like a product made specifically for me! During the cold months, my skin is very sensitive to the freezing air and gets wind burned and inflamed and patchy dry. During the summer, I have too much of a rosy glow (hence why I never wear blush) which could be caused by the humid hot weather and pollutants. I've never had a moisturizer that could not only sooth my skin but also treat it to be stronger.

And that's what I found happened through my use of this moisturizer. As soon as I applied it to my face, I noticed that my cheeks were less red and more hydrated. There is no scent, and it's very light weight. I plan to use this throughout the rest of the winter and see what the long-term effects will be. So far, I cannot praise this product enough. If you have sensitive skin that tends to be dry and inflamed, this could be the perfect moisturizer for you too!
